(Terms and Conditions)
Effective date: 1st January 2025
- General information
- Before starting your Pilates practice, contact your doctor to ensure Pilates is a suitable form of training for you.
- It is the responsibility of the client to inform the trainer about any health condition or injury that may impact their practice before starting any class.
- Group classes and private sessions last 55 minutes.
- All private sessions and group classes to be booked at least 48 hrs in advance via Email or Whatsapp.
- Payment for individual classes in advance via Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Card min €20)
- Payment for multi class packs in advance via Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Card min €20)
- Multi class packs of 5 expire after 60 days from purchase date.
- Multi class packs of 10 expire after 120 days from purchase date.
- If requested in advance we offer 1 pack freeze per client per pack to allow for a prolonged absence.
- Classes and passes are non-transferrable and non refundable.
2. Cancellation policy for all classes
- A minimum of 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling policy applies.
- If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice, credit for that class is lost.
3. Promos and Gift Certificates
- Offers and Certificates may not be combined with any other sale, promotion or discount.
4. Studio Etiquette
- Please be on time. We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class, particularly in case you need to change clothing.
- Be respectful to others by entering or leaving the studio quietly.
- Please remove shoes and outer layers at the entrance to the studio and use the storage provided.
- For your safety, please refrain from using large jewellery as it may damage the equipment.
- Bring a towel and some water, you can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
5. COVID-19 safety measures
- We are requesting everyone to bring and use socks during classes.
- We clean all Mats and Equipment between each class.
